How It Works

Apex operates as the middleman between vetted tutors and families. Parents come to us because every tutor is checked before listing; tutors come to us because we remove everything that is not teaching.

Commission is agreed individually with each tutor before any student is introduced — no surprises, and you always know your net rate before you accept a match.

  • We market you and bring you matched, committed students
  • We handle invoicing and payment collection
  • You set your availability; we schedule around it
  • Enhanced DBS check required before listing (we can advise on obtaining one)
  • Qualifications verified against certificates before listing
  • Two references reviewed before your first Apex student
