Trust & Safety

Our Safeguarding Commitment

The safety and wellbeing of every student we work with is a foundational responsibility we take seriously — not an afterthought. Below is exactly what we have in place, and why it matters.

“Parents are trusting us with their children — often in their own home, or one-to-one online. That trust has to be earned through more than good intentions. It has to be backed by proper, verifiable checks.”

— Dr Krishan P. Chauhan

Verified Checks in Place

Verified & Current

Dr Krishan P. Chauhan

He also holds a valid Enhanced DBS Check (Disclosure and Barring Service), the standard UK background check for anyone working closely with children, covering his tutoring and consultancy work in the UK.

Verified & Current

Kamini K. Chauhan

Holds a valid Enhanced DBS Check (Disclosure and Barring Service — formerly known as a CRB check), the standard UK background check for anyone working closely with children or vulnerable groups, reflecting her ongoing work as a registered clinical pharmacist and academic mentor.

What This Means in Practice

1

Verified Before You Ever Meet Us

Both checks were completed and verified independently before any student sessions began — not applied for after the fact.

2

Kept Current

We treat these checks as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time formality, and will renew and update them as required.

3

Available on Request

If your school, institution, or you personally would like to see evidence of either certificate, we are happy to share it directly — just ask.

4

Professional Conduct Throughout

Every session — whether in person or online — is conducted with full transparency. Parents are welcome to be present for any session, at any time, without notice.

Have a question about our safeguarding practices? We would rather you ask than wonder. Please get in touch and we will answer directly and honestly.
