Yes. The majority of our sessions take place in the evenings and at weekends. We work with students across multiple time zones and are accustomed to scheduling sessions that work for families in Qatar, the UK, and internationally.

Tuition sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes. Consultancy sessions are typically 60 minutes, with the exception of the initial diagnostic which is 90 minutes. We do not offer 30-minute sessions — this is not enough time to work at a meaningful depth.

For tuition, we typically recommend once per week as a minimum, twice per week in the run-up to exams. For consultancy, the frequency depends on the stage of the application process — intensive support is most needed at the personal statement stage and pre-interview period. We will always give you an honest recommendation based on your child’s specific situation.

Online sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams — whichever is most convenient for the student. We use a shared digital whiteboard for mathematics and science sessions so that working is fully visible to both parties in real time.

We share pricing directly after an initial conversation, as rates depend on the type of service, frequency, and commitment level. We do not publish rates publicly because we believe in discussing cost in the context of what the student genuinely needs — not before we know that. No — and anyone who does is not being honest with you. What we can guarantee is that every session will be purposeful, expert-led, and focused on the highest-impact areas. The improvement we consistently see in our students is the result of the quality of our work combined with the student’s commitment. Both are required. We will always be honest about what is realistically achievable given the time available.
